Job Title: Sales Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to lead the sales efforts for our Residential High-end Apartments. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in selling luxury properties, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from the sales of Residential High-end Apartments.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to gain a competitive edge.
  • Generate Leads: Generate leads through various channels and ensure a steady flow of potential customers to the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain CRM Database: Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM database to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
  • Foster Customer Relationships: Foster positive customer relationships by promptly addressing inquiries, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate with Customers: Facilitate discussions and negotiations with customers, addressing their concerns, and persuasively presenting the unique value proposition of our Residential High-end Apartments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective promotional campaigns and sales materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities, contributing to continuous improvement in sales strategies and approaches.
  • Analyze Sales Performance: Prepare comprehensive sales reports, analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven track record of successful sales experience in the real estate industry, particularly in selling Residential High-end Apartments.
  • Sales Knowledge: Strong knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closing techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with potential customers and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities efficiently.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset, capable of conducting market research and translating data into actionable sales strategies.
  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the company and the customers.
  • Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Attitude and Skills: Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for excellence in driving sales growth.
