Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Beckhoff Automation Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PLCs, motion, drives, industrial PCs, distributed I/O, and HMI technologies, as well as experience with Windows, Windows Networking, and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate territory performance and identify new business opportunities
* Develop sales with OEM and end-user customer accounts using appropriate product solutions
* Build relationships with current customer base and provide necessary sales support
* Prepare and present bids and quotations to customers using company price and delivery guidelines
* Advise customers on the proper selection, use, and maintenance of specific technology applications
* Educate new and existing customers on Beckhoff technology
* Follow up on all marketing leads and provide feedback

Qualifications:

* B.E./B.Tech. in E&TC, electronics, instrumentation, or mechatronics
* 2-5 years of experience in sales or a related field
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of automation technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel approximately 65%
