Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue lucrative sponsorship opportunities across leading exhibitions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers to drive mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship deliverables and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategize and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for sponsorship and partnerships.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the conference industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering results under deadlines.
  • A strong network in real estate, tech, or events is a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of ₹12,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits including performance-based bonuses, comprehensive health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
