Senior Sales Development Lead for Emerging Markets

About the Role:- Create and execute a capability roadmap for the field sales organization, aligning with strategic priorities
- Drive sales effectiveness and GTMs (General Trade and Modern Trade) initiatives
Responsibilities:
Sales Capability Roadmap Design- Develop a comprehensive sales capability blueprint to build a future-ready sales organization
- Collaborate with EVP Customer Development, HR, and CDTLs to identify functional sales competency gaps across levels and channels
- Analyze market trends and conduct extensive research with sales teams to pinpoint areas for improvement
- Partner with HR and Sales to develop training programs that address specific skills gaps
- Design pioneering training content in partnership with HR to meet functional competency needs
- Experiment with innovative techniques and tools to deliver bite-sized videos, gamification, and nudge platforms
- Maintain daily/monthly sales fundamentals reviews to enhance results
- Implement KPIs, FAE, FFI, and AFFI to drive sales efficiencies and growth
- 4-6 years of CD (Sales) experience, with at least 2-3 years leading indirect sales
- Influencing and persuasion skills, coordination/collaboration skills, project management skills, and process orientation
- Digital mindset and MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 colleges preferred
We offer a competitive salary: $110,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location.
