About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Lead to join our team at AnyMind Group. As a Senior Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in India.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target and acquire new agency clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the digital marketing industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technology trends and advise the team on best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business development/sales experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong experience in selling influencer marketing and online digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and KPIs.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility.
  • Energetic and able to work under pressure.
