About the Role

TeamBuilderz is seeking a highly motivated Senior Enterprise Sales Professional to join our growth-oriented team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Telecom/SaaS industry, excellent prospecting and lead generation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue potential enterprise customers in the Telecom/SaaS sector, leveraging research and market intelligence to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings by effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and maintain strong communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads to maximize conversion rates and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative in the Telecom/SaaS industry, with a focus on enterprise customers and long sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of Telecom/SaaS solutions and the ability to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior-level executives and build lasting relationships.
