Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head our inside sales team and drive revenue growth for our core offerings: doctor consultations, medicines, and diagnostics.

This critical role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing team of 50+ agents and supervisors, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and achieve revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a team to exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute performance-focused coaching, incentives, and development programs.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and productivity.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage customer cohorts and tailor scripts.
  • Create data-driven campaigns to maximize customer engagement and sales.
  • Design and implement processes to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related fields.

8-10 years of experience in call centre/inside sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Background in insurance or hardcore sales is highly preferred.

Proven P&L management experience and a track record of driving sales growth.
