Role Overview
Response Informatics is seeking a seasoned Cluster Head to lead our Life Insurance sales team in Delhi / Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in insurance sales and leadership.
About the Role
As a Cluster Head, you will be responsible for driving new business premium growth, advisor activation and productivity, cross-sell conversions, persistency standards, and adherence to defined Input behaviors.
Main Responsibilities
- New Business Premium Sourced: Develop and execute strategies to increase new business premium sales
- Advisor Activation & Productivity: Foster a high-performing team by providing coaching, guidance, and support
- Cross-Sell Conversion: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products to existing customers
- Persistency Standards: Ensure high levels of customer retention and loyalty
- Adhering to Input Behaviors: Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures
Key Relationships
- Advisors: Provide guidance and support to individual advisors to enhance their performance
- Advisor Development and Retention Managers (ADRMs): Collaborate with ADRMs to develop and implement strategies for advisor development and retention
- Regional Manager – Advisor Development and Retention: Work closely with the Regional Manager to align regional objectives with company goals
- Head – Advisor Development and Retention: Contribute to the development of overall strategy and direction for advisor development and retention
- Agency Office Head: Liaise with Agency Office Heads to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives
- Operations Team: Collaborate with the Operations Team to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance advisor skills and knowledge
Desired Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a candidate with a Graduate degree and 5+ years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably with a proven sales track record in life insurance. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading teams, cross-selling sales teams, and process-driven quality sales organizations. Strong networking skills and familiarity with supervision and development of teams are essential.
Location
This role is based in Delhi / Mumbai, and the ideal candidate should be willing to relocate.
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary range for this role is up to ₹9.00 LPA, depending on qualifications and experience.
