Job Description

As the Head of Operations Strategist at Arthan, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's operational strategy forward. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures, ensuring seamless execution of our Individual Giving function.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing across various channels and locations, fostering collaboration with other functional areas within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage budgets, reports, plans, and audits for Individual Giving function

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations

Requirements
