As a Sales Operations Strategist at Smart Working, you will have the opportunity to work on optimizing sales processes and fuel revenue growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to make a significant impact. If you have a strong track record of success in sales operations or similar roles, strategic thinking, data analysis skills, excellent communication skills, project management skills, and technical proficiency in CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales operations and be able to think critically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions. You will also have the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will work closely with our London-based Head of Sales to optimize our sales processes, enhance team effectiveness, and fuel revenue growth. You will be instrumental in streamlining our sales funnel and implementing innovative sales strategies.

You will have the opportunity to learn from highly skilled UK colleagues and other Smart Workers in our active and useful forums. Additionally, you will become part of the Smart Working family, taking part in games and quizzes, networking with like-minded, ambitious, and friendly colleagues.

This is a senior role with real opportunities to learn and develop. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a laptop, full medical insurance, and the chance to work life balance.
