We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores and assist the Store Manager in planning strategies to attract customers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer service operations, tracking progress towards objectives, and monitoring inventory levels. Your expertise in employee performance evaluation and hiring/training processes will ensure that our sales teams are motivated and equipped to meet their goals.

With your sharp business acumen and problem-solving skills, you will analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning to drive sales growth. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints, research emerging products, and update store merchandise accordingly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Coordinating daily customer service operations, including sales processes, orders, and payments
  • Tracking progress towards weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and monitoring operating costs
  • Evaluating employee performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Suggesting training programs and techniques to enhance staff performance
  • Analyzing consumer behavior and adjusting product positioning to drive sales growth
