About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee and manage a team of sales executives, drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet business targets. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales operations, managing leads, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into sales, focusing on both domestic and international travel packages.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle escalations to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4+ years in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
