We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Honasa Consumer Ltd. in Kochi and Hyderabad.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring area store sales, store-level profitability & KPIs. This role is critical to driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate existing operations and develop strategies to increase customer service standards.
  2. Monitor SOP adherence and implement new processes to optimize operations for high efficiency.
  3. Communicate and achieve sales targets for a team of store managers while maintaining high operational standards.
  4. Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff and store managers.
  5. Analyze performance using key metrics and implement solutions to improve store-wise and employee-wise performance.
  6. Travel to stores to conduct duties on-site as needed.
  7. Perform market trend analysis, consumer behavior analysis, and competition analysis.
  8. Assist the marketing team in promotional activities.
  9. Timely resolve escalated customer queries.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Area manager, store manager, assistant manager, or similar managerial role.
  • Post-graduation in business administration, retail management, or a similar field.
  • Ability to travel 3-4 days a week.
  • Preference given to candidates from beauty and personal-care background.

Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience).
