Regional Sales Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the North region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Territory Management: Manage and expand our customer base in the North region, including key accounts and new prospects.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the North region.
- Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in logistics or a related field.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent leadership skills.
What We Offer:
- Salary: ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,000,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
