About the Role

As a Regional Sales Growth Manager at Piab - A brand by Piab Group, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and increasing market share of our vacuum conveying products within your assigned region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with channel partners to develop and manage sales channels for vacuum conveying products.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to document and manage sales activity, including opportunities and account information through Salesforce CRM and Piab's Sales Excellence process.
  • Provide on-site customer service technical support for vacuum conveying product lines and conduct product trials at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with other Piab departments to cultivate and manage sales activity within a region.
  • Assist in preparing for trade shows.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical applications, technical sales, and support.
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • A general understanding of pneumatics and powder handling systems and equipment.
  • An understanding of industries such as Food, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Additive Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of CRM and experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently from a home-based office.
  • Ability to travel up to 50-70% of the time.

Location

This role can be based in either Bangalore or New Delhi, with travel requirements up to 50-70% of the time. An estimated annual salary range for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 depending on qualifications and location. The final compensation package will be determined based on individual factors.
