Regional Sales Growth Manager

At Rentokil Initial, we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Growth Manager to support our regions in increasing sales and revenue contribution from tender business.
The successful candidate will report to the General Manager/National BD Head- Bids & Tender and work as part of a multi-functional team, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Source tenders from private and government portals
- Work with Business Managers/Domain Managers/Risk Managers to inspect sites and determine competitive pricing
- Upload necessary documents on portals for technical and price bids
- Support government and private agencies in framing guidelines for technical bids
- Visit government and private company offices to understand pest control requirements and educate them on latest trends
- Analyze tender data, quoted, won, etc., and develop plans to improve parameters
- Liaison with government departments
- Making initial contacts for business development in special sectors
- Coordinating and developing relations within various government departments
- Improving customer relations with known existing customers
- Displays genuine interest, excitement, and eagerness towards career, company, and customers
- Maintains open lines of communication with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently but knows when to involve others
- Dependable and sets high standards for performance
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead important projects
- Analyzes tender business data to improve overall business performance
- Gains information from conversations/meetings with internal and external customers
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of RPCI experience
- Prior experience in managing tender business is an added advantage
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PPT
- Good verbal and written communication skills
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
