We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Bagla Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and driving sales success.

Job Overview

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator looking to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for assisting the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales orders, as well as managing and updating customer data, leads, and sales pipelines using Zoho CRM/ERP.

You will also be required to coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery, generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify trends, handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, and schedule and organize meetings, follow-ups, and training sessions for the sales team.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records in the ERP system is also essential for this role. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales orders
  • Manage and update customer data, leads, and sales pipelines using Zoho CRM/ERP
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify trends
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Schedule and organize meetings, follow-ups, and training sessions for the sales team

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Zoho ERP, CRM, or similar software tools

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with sales software and tools (preferably Zoho)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
