Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate customer loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through continuous communications across the product lifecycle.
• Provide timely and quality solutions to all customer queries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Be proactive and serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all customer interactions.

Requirements:
• Graduate or MBA degree from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the CRM field.
