Job Title: Customer Engagement Manager
We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for building cross-channel engagement products and journeys that drive customer loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage customers across multiple channels, including email, social media, and mobile apps.
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform product development and improve customer experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer engagement or related field, with a proven track record of driving customer loyalty and retention.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences, with experience analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
