We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Performance Specialist to join our team at NUPI Infotech, a leading loyalty and rewards company. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales efforts and expanding our client base.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate is passionate about loyalty and rewards solutions, has a proven track record in inside sales, and is driven to exceed sales targets. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with our marketing and account management teams to identify and nurture opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Understand clients' needs and pain points, offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives
  • Closing sales by consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 0-3 years of experience in inside sales/lead generation, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
