XHire is seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Specialist to drive sales excellence and growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing enablement programs that drive results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with our APAC team to identify pain points in closing new logos and develop targeted solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs on new products, sales methodologies, and objection handling.
  • Develop and manage our Onboarding, Reboarding, Cross boarding, and Refresh program for new and existing employees.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales supporting international sales (ANZ, SEA, India).
  • Proven track record of success in selling to Large Enterprises/F500 & F100 companies.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong bias for action.
