Business Development Lead

We are seeking a talented Business Development Lead to join our team at Lodha Ventures. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving customer referrals and loyalty programs to achieve set targets.
You will leverage your expertise in loyalty or referral programs, luxury brand positioning, and emotional connections with clients to develop and execute a structured strategy. Your primary goal will be to ensure that we meet our objectives in terms of deal generation from customer referrals and repurchases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a loyalty and referral strategy to achieve set targets.
- Establish clear goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure requisite deals are sourced through customer referrals & loyalty repurchases.
- Manage customer journey mapping, coordinate multi-channel communication, and work with internal and external teams to produce referral program collateral.
- Partner with sales, CRM, digital, and marketing teams to drive program implementation, deal tracking, and customer feedback.
- Track and report referral and loyalty metrics, analyzing lead times and deal conversions to optimize program outcomes.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in loyalty, referral, or customer engagement program management.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in scenario analysis, CAC metrics, and loyalty program ROI modeling.
- Exceptional communication abilities with a flair for engaging affluent clients and fostering an emotional connection with the brand.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and customer portals for loyalty programs, with an understanding of customer engagement technologies.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
