Role Overview:

As an Enterprise Account Development Manager at Restroworks, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with major clients to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Develop a deep understanding of key client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Operate as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with clients to drive long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with major clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  2. Work closely with Implementation teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  3. Negotiate contracts and establish performance timelines to drive business results.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue.
  5. Provide regular progress updates and strategic planning to clients to optimize their results.
