At Arista Networks, we're seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales revenue and manage relationships with large enterprise accounts in the Delhi NCR region. This is a quota-carrying role and an integral part of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute effective account plans to deliver sales objectives, focusing on customer business priorities, industry trends, and our unique value proposition.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas through targeted prospecting, qualification, and deal closure.
  • Drive the adoption of our advanced networking solutions across IT/ITeS, CSP, BFSI, healthcare, and manufacturing verticals.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' business challenges and position us as a trusted partner for their networking needs.

Requirements:

  • 10-18 years of experience in field-based enterprise sales, ideally in the networking, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions domain.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts in IT/ITeS, CSP, BFSI, healthcare, or manufacturing verticals.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals.
