We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team at VMC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru.

About the Job

This role is responsible for driving business growth through sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up meetings between client decision-makers and our practice leaders
  • Handle a team of sales professionals
  • Generate corporate lead inquiries via cold calling and set up meetings using previous lead data
  • Retrain existing clients by presenting new solutions and services
  • Sell IVRS/Cloud telephony solutions to customers after assessing their business requirements
  • Achieve sales targets through new customer acquisitions
  • Identify the right prospects, persuade customers for solutions, negotiate & close the prospect
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs using knowledge of the market and competitors
  • Develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
  • Prepare MIS reports, daily reports & reviews
  • Network with customers & CRM companies for brand building & selling collaboratively
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services and be the reliable point of contact for each client
