Job Description:

Grow Your Staff is seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time remote position that requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing and business development.

About the Role:

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and business growth through targeted outreach and lead generation campaigns. You will leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and advanced digital tools to create compelling content, engage potential clients, and nurture leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute impactful marketing outreach campaigns across email, social media, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Utilize Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and implement ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts.
  • Customize marketing materials and outreach tactics based on account-specific insights.
  • Identify potential clients through thorough research and data analysis.
  • Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and audience segmentation to maximize engagement.
  • Prepare and share weekly reports to assess outreach performance and inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a high level of proficiency in English.
  • Show familiarity with writing effective cold call scripts and email/Sales pitches.
  • Exhibit expertise in utilizing social media and email marketing platforms.
  • Display a proactive attitude towards learning diverse tools for lead generation through cold calling and email marketing.
  • Preferably, possess 2+ years of outreach experience, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation, although newcomers with proven abilities are encouraged to apply.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is $4,800 - $6,000 per annum, considering the location and industry standards.
