Technical Sales Manager for Bioproduction Solutions

Lifelancer is seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Manager to drive growth and expansion in the bioproduction industry. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in downstream purification workflows and sales strategies to deliver exceptional results.
About the Role
This role requires a strong understanding of biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes, as well as experience in selling complex solutions to senior-level customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and provide technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and expand market share
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS AND TECHNICAL BUYERS IN THE BIOPRODUCTION INDUSTRY
- Provide technical support and training to customers on downstream purification workflows and resin applications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and market trends
Requirements
- 7-10 years of sales/technical support experience in resins/downstream solution sales
- Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes
- Experience in selling complex solutions to senior-level customers
- Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day management supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location
This role is field-based, with frequent travel required up to 50% in the field dedicated to supporting/selling. A remote home office location convenient to reach all customers within the assigned territory is also available.
