Strategic Sales Director for ERP Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director for ERP Solutions to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients. This role focuses on understanding customer business needs, providing tailored ERP solutions, and closing sales.
The successful candidate will collaborate with pre-sales, technical teams, and marketing to deliver high-quality customer experiences and meet sales targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and key clients in the target market.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service terms.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on key sales metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.

- A proven track record in sales leadership roles, preferably in the ERP industry.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
