We are seeking a seasoned ERP Sales Account Manager to join our team at White Force Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through strategic lead generation, research, and customer engagement.
About the Role- Develop and execute account plans for key clients to achieve sales targets and expand existing relationships
- Collaborate with management to refine sales strategy, messaging, and process to optimize results
- Foster strong relationships with senior-level decision makers and maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure contractual agreements and expectations are met
- Provide expert advice on sales, technology, and industry trends to inform business decisions
- Plan and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
- Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted solutions to address client concerns
- Utilize CRM software to track sales performance and forecast future revenue
- Address escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
