Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our IT sales team at Epicenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth, develop strategic relationships, and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Publishing go-to-market strategies, setting up product positioning, and owning business revenue goals.
  • Setting up adequate sales organizations for India and US operations.
  • Offering necessary product knowledge and technical expertise for successful sales.
  • Coordinating with sales teams to develop selling tools, presentations, demos, and trade shows.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals, solution documents, quotations, and sales pitches for prospective clients and leading pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Assisting sales through calls, web-based presentations, or personal meetings to maintain product positioning and strategies.
  • Handling in-depth knowledge of products, technologies, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Conducting workshops and trainings for team members to educate on latest technology products and market trends.
  • Being a single point of contact for addressing queries from existing and prospective clients, managing key customer relationships, and participating in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Coordinating with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Working closely with marketing functions to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.
  • Compiling information and data related to customer and prospect interactions on a weekly basis.
  • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territories and accounts.
Requirements:
  • Excellent sales experience of minimum 10+ years in software products, services, AI, RPA, offshore, onshore, off-site software staffing, and system integration business verticals.
  • Experience in managing sales and marketing teams, project management, building, leading, and managing sales teams within organizations and partners.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal, email etiquette, and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Good team player and team management skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Cognitive skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Estimated Salary Range

$150,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
