We are seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth and shape our sales strategy at Kapture CX.

Job Overview

This role will oversee the sales cycle, develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and monitor progress. You will work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals on strategic opportunities.
  • Performance Metrics: Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

  • A love for Sales / Revenue Growth: A passion for sales and meeting revenue targets is critical for this role.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a high-paced B2B SaaS sales role is highly preferred.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

Salary Estimate: ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,500,000 per annum based on location and experience.
