Job Description

Teach For India is at a pivotal moment in its journey, embarking on its fourth strategic phase. We seek a seasoned professional to lead the Strategy and Impact Team, driving long-term organizational vision and short-term roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for the team, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead key projects across three areas: medium-to-long term organizational strategy, monitoring and evaluation, and internal consulting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to surface key trends and advise the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on strategic direction.
  • Foster a strong team culture, training members on problem-solving, analytical skills, and project management.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy/operations improvement.
  • Exposure to short and medium strategic planning exercises, preferably as a lead or key member.
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level interactions.
  • Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
