We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Director to join our USA team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth through exceptional business development processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of U.S. clients, analyzing market trends, and aligning them with Tech Army's strategies to identify opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of business development/sales experience in a service or consulting background in the US market, with a strong understanding of the US Federal government agencies, particularly DOE and DOD. Experience working with the US IT consulting industry is preferred.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, the company offers relocation assistance to the US after one year of successful performance at the Mumbai office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring and developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of U.S. clients
  • Analyzing market trends and aligning them with Tech Army's strategies to identify opportunities
  • Expanding business relationships with existing customers through consistent communication, understanding their needs, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Identifying, screening, and developing new business opportunities, including sourcing new clients
  • Generating new leads, reaching out to decision-makers, screening potential business opportunities, and selecting deals aligned with our strategies
