Job Description:Strategic Director for Growth and Innovation

As a key member of our senior leadership team, the Strategic Director for Growth and Innovation will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's long-term vision and strategy. Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this individual will provide strategic leadership, guidance, and direction to senior management and cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our organization's strategic vision and long-term plans, collaborating closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders. They will conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal capabilities to identify strategic opportunities and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth, profitability, and organizational excellence
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, overseeing project teams and resources to ensure successful implementation and delivery of results
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and risk-taking to drive strategic innovation and growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, consulting, or executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals and objectives
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to anticipate and address complex business challenges
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate vision, strategy, and recommendations to diverse audiences
