We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our enterprise sales efforts in the BFSI sector.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by delivering Onextel's CPaaS solutions to enterprise clients in the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify, engage, and close enterprise clients in the BFSI sector, focusing on CPaaS solutions like SMS, Messaging, Voice, and WhatsApp.
  • Solution Selling: Understand the unique communication challenges and regulatory requirements of BFSI clients, offering tailored CPaaS solutions that enhance customer engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals and product demonstrations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 2 years in the BFSI sector and/or CPaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI communication needs, including regulatory compliance and customer engagement.
  • Expertise in CPaaS solutions, particularly SMS, Messaging, Voice, and WhatsApp.
