Job Overview

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, collaborating closely with sales teams to meet client needs. You will also address client queries, concerns, and escalations promptly, working with technical teams as needed to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with sales to meet client needs.

  • Track and report on key account health metrics like customer satisfaction, retention, and usage trends.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 3–6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within a SaaS or HR-Tech organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer
