Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Professional to join our team at Meritto. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers throughout their life cycle, from onboarding to renewal. Your primary focus will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic guidance, consultancy, training, and meetings.
The ideal candidate should have excellent relationship management skills, the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, and a deep understanding of our product offerings. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We offer a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and flexible working hours.
