Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team at BayOne Solutions. The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and a proven track record of creating win/win environments for all parties they work with.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing exceptional customer service experiences and helping clients achieve their desired goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Escalation management: effectively manage customer escalations and priority responses;
- Day-to-day operations management, shift management, work prioritizations, and capacity planning;
- Serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers and managing the BayOne relationship and work delivery;
- Leading a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with defined roles and responsibilities;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients to ensure satisfaction and success;
- Assisting clients with onboarding and training processes, ensuring effective use of hardware solutions;
- Managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth;
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive product adoption and maximize value for clients;
- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic meetings with key stakeholders;
- Addressing and resolving technical or operational issues faced by clients;
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform continuous product and service improvement.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- At least 10 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
