Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Professional to manage international customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues and provide outstanding support to clients, primarily from North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Maintain high CSAT scores by effectively addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
- Own and resolve customer concerns, ensuring thorough follow-up and timely resolution.
- Communicate professionally with native English-speaking clients to deliver a superior experience.
- Offer end-to-end resolution of issues with clear, polite, and professional communication.
- Near-native fluency in English, with excellent grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
- Neutral or minimal accent to ensure smooth interaction with international clients.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for business-level interactions.
- Ability to manage customer queries and foster strong client relationships.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Fintech or BFSI sector.
The estimated salary for this role is between ₹35,000 and ₹50,000 CTC. Additional benefits include cab facility within a 20 km radius of the office.
