Job DescriptionThis role offers a unique opportunity for a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Associate. In this position, you will be responsible for managing international customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring seamless interaction with native English-speaking clients.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high CSAT scores by effectively addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Own and resolve customer concerns, ensuring thorough follow-up and timely resolution, fostering strong client relationships.
- Language Skills: Near-native fluency in English, with excellent grammar, syntax, and vocabulary, neutral or minimal accent.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for business-level interactions.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the Fintech or BFSI sector.
The estimated salary range for this role is ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 CTC per annum, depending on location and experience.
