We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Realty Smartz Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic sales efforts.
Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize phone scripts and proven sales techniques to identify and engage potential customers, resulting in converted leads and new business opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and specifications to provide tailored solutions.
- Order Processing and Management: Accurately process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Data Collection and Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order history, and other relevant data to inform future sales strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a focus on building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other productivity tools.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
