Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and ad-hoc training to our customers, ensuring they remain satisfied with our product by educating them about its functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
Key Qualifications:
- PUC/Diploma/Degree in any field
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with no grammatical or pronunciation errors
- Clear and distinct voice and accent while speaking Hindi/English
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training to customers using our product, responding to inbound queries
- Ensure customer satisfaction by educating them about product capabilities and upgrades
- Aid in product development and improvement by gathering feedback and identifying recurring issues
- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
