Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a central point of contact for clients to submit requests and issues.
  • Supporting sales and marketing efforts to engage with clients and prospects.
  • Managing and analyzing client requests using case management technology.
  • Collaborating with services teams to resolve client issues and improve processes.
  • Assisting clients and prospects with website navigation and service inquiries.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve client experiences and implement process changes.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in customer services.
  • Superior customer service ethic.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Superior interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
  • Proven track record of success in delivering value to clients.
