About the Role:
The Client Success Specialist team at Gartner works closely with clients to address their needs and challenges. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with services teams to resolve client issues and improve processes.
- Assisting clients and prospects with website navigation and service inquiries.
- Identifying opportunities to improve client experiences and implement process changes.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in customer services.
- Superior customer service ethic.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
- Proven track record of success in delivering value to clients.
