Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless onboarding and implementation of our platform at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather requirements from clients, suggest product solutions, and coordinate with other teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Frequent travel to client locations for product training and adoption purposes.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge of all product lines, showcasing product demos and working out solutions for business use cases using best product fit.
- Work with internal cross-functional teams to address customer issues and opportunities.
- Highly comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
- Ability to quickly gain client trust, demonstrate ownership for client issues, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and report generation.
- Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM) preferred.
- Mandatory degree in Computer Science/IT (B.Tech/B.E/BCA/MCA).
- 2+ years of relevant working experience required, preferably in digital marketing/education domain/SaaS-based organizations.
