Pouring Pounds India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Analyst - Customer Relationship Management professional to join our team.
About the Role
We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. As an Analyst - Customer Relationship Management, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives, and ensuring resolution within time limits. You will also maintain fast response times and great quality in all modes of customer communication.
Your Responsibilities
- Handling customer complaints through various channels (email, chat, calls, WhatsApp, YouTube)
- Providing timely and effective solutions and alternatives
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Graduate degree in any field
- At least 6 months of CRM/customer support experience in blended or all channels
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High energy, passion, and drive
