Customer Support Experience Professional

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Voice Representative to join our team at 2coms. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients via voice communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to clients via phone.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of customer handling and service standards.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift and night shift environment.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
