About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Voice to join our team at 2coms. As a Customer Support Voice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through voice interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support through voice interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
