We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Voice Experience Team Member to join our team at 2coms in Gurgaon. Our client is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
Job SummaryThe Customer Support Voice Experience Team Member will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via voice calls, resolving customer queries, and providing timely support.
Key Responsibilities- Excellent Communication Skills: The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
- Customer Handling: The candidate should have a good understanding of customer handling principles and be able to resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Rotational Shifts: The Customer Support Voice Experience Team Member should be comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts, to meet business needs.
- Immediate Joiner Preferred: We prefer immediate joiners or those who can join within a short notice period.
- UG + Grads: Both UG and Grads are eligible to apply for this role.
- 6 months to 5 years experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months to 5 years of experience in customer service industry.
- Laptop and Other Assets: We will provide a laptop and other necessary assets to support your work.
