Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide world-class service to our clients, ensuring accurate, efficient, and respectful interactions on every call. You will meet and exceed client-mandated KPIs, maintain consistent performance, and participate in ongoing training and development.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet and exceed client-mandated KPIs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience in customer service, sales, billing, collections, and technical support.Proficiency in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.Ability to type at least 30 WPM for voice and 35 WPM for non-voice campaigns.Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.Resourcefulness, ability to multitask, and high attention to detail.Self-motivation and ability to work independently, as well as contribute to cross-functional and global teams.How We Partner To Protect YouTaskUs will never solicit money from you during the application process or require any form of payment to proceed with your application.
