About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Sales Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through our contact centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the brand ambassador of Cars24, providing a warm and professional experience for our customers.
- Delight and sell our cars online, using your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge to build trust and drive sales.
- Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn and develop your knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of customer-facing processes and procedures, helping to shape the future of our business.
